breaches and unethical data sharing
I thought I would do a basic list of some data breaches or unethical sharing of data that have taken place in relation to medical data. This is not a compleate list and being a bit busy with other things and some are about the same story. I might not be updating this page as often as I would like.
If you know of any breaches, please drop me a line/comment with links to the relevant info or name of publication you seen it. If you are reporting data breaches you are aware of but are not in the public domain, please inform a paper, the Information Commissoners Office, a privacy campaign group (I am not a group) and post about it on the forums at the NO2ID website. I would take a close look at the first one and open up the spreadsheet that list all the data sharing they have aproved (sorry for the difference in font size).
